Job Purpose:

Support team in the recall campaigns management, circular letters publication on Hyundai portals and direct contact with dealers for complaint management.

Collaboration with the European Head Quarter and Plants to manage complaints and warranty issues.

General Responsabilities:

 

  • Manage and process recall campaign and service actions (translation and preparation of technical bulletins and circular letters, sending Recall Campaigns Form to UNRAE)
  • Update Recall Campaigns statistics & data on UNRAE website
  • Check warranty documentation, translation, and publishing on HMC (GWMS) website
  • Aid and support to manage and approve warranty claims to Authorized repair network
  • Control and analyse warranty claims to identify recurrent issues that must be analyzed as quality problems
  • Monitor approval flow of warranty claims and analyze the not approved ones to fix issues
  • Support Headquarters for information requests on complaints and replaced spare parts under warranty by Dealers
  • Warranty training to dealer network
  • Support Dealers for problems related to warranty topics (email / phone)
  • Manage CCC Portal user IDs
  • Internal escalation process in case of issues on warranty processes
  • Provide support on reporting and presentations preparation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in related position or specialization (automotive industry)
  • Significant experience in relevant field
  • Fully competent professional
