Sales Operations Leader

Role Summary:

The Sales Operations Leader plays a key role in supporting the commercial performance. This position ensures accurate sales planning, monitoring, and reporting, while acting as a strategic link between the dealer network, headquarters, and top management. 
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with operational excellence and a deep understanding of the automotive retail environment.

We want you to:

  • Support daily Sales Operations activities and supervise Dealer sales planning.
  • Contribute to defining Dealer sales targets and monitor achieved results.
  • Manage reports related to sales performance evaluation, contract collection, and sales forecasts.
  • Assist in designing, managing, and monitoring monthly private sales campaigns by model.
  • Monitor Dealer stock levels and support optimization plans.
  • Manage monthly closing activities to support the Sales Force.
  • Coordinate and ensure accurate information flow between the Sales Force and other company departments.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for Top Management and Headquarters.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Planning, or similar roles, ideally within the automotive sector (OEM or Dealer Network).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SAP is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator, able to interact with multiple stakeholders (Dealers, Sales Force, Management, Headquarters).
  • Team player with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Italian, German, French) is an asset
