Sales Operations Expert
Job Description

Role Summary:

As Sales Operations Expert, you will support daily Sales Operations activities to ensure proper supervision of sales planning within the Dealer Network and provide support to the field force. 

We want you to:

  • Provide support in defining the sales objectives of the Dealers and monitoring the results achieved.
  • Manage the reports relating to the evaluation of the sales performance of the Dealers, the collection of contracts and sales forecasts.
  • Provide support in the management of monthly private sales campaigns by model.
  • Manage the activities related to the monthly closure to support the Sales Force.
  • Monitor the stock and its optimization plan.
  • Coordinate and guarantee the correct flow of information between the Sales Force and other Departments.
  • Analyse and forecast the financial impact of sales incentives, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities (such as KM0 vehicles) on the monthly Profit & Loss statement.
  • Provide actionable insights to support decision-making and maximize sales & profitability.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of retail financing options and products.
  • Support the sales team with financing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive vehicle sales, ensuring compliance with company policies and market regulations.
  • Track and report on vehicle fleet CO2 emissions in accordance with regulatory requirements and company sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to monitor environmental impact and support initiatives to reduce emissions.
  • Provide support in the preparation of presentations and Ad-Hoc Analysis of the Sales & Sales Planning Department according to the requests / needs
  • Managing the Field Force meeting with the Top Management and the Dealer Visits.
  • Provide support in the preparation of reports for Top Management and Headquarters

About you:

  • University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
  • 3-5 years’ experience in related position
  • Fluent english speaker
  • Market understanding 
  • Highly analytical mindset, comfortable working with large datasets
