Role Summary:
As the Sales Manager for Hyundai Motor Italy, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing sales and marketing strategies across the country for the brand, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and managing the field force team to support business growth and performance.
We want you to:

Support the Sales Director to define car sales targets

Develop and implement sales targets in the market:

Sell-In (Dealer Stock)
-
Sell-Out (Sales and Registrations volumes)

Market Share

Work within the Hyundai Sales matrix to align regional and local strategies.

Manage relationships with Hyundai official Dealers, ensuring a constant monitoring of registrations levels in the area of competence and of the flow of information among official Dealers Network and the Company.

Oversee and analyze sales data at the high level regarding activities such as physical/virtual stock levels (duration, quality, quantity) of Dealers across the country.

Manage a team and continuous trainings to ensure market alignment on all procedures, programs, and campaigns in alignment with Marketing and Finance.

Analyze the principal markers of market performances, collected by field force team, evaluating the competitors’ activities, giving suggestions in order to improve the business targets of Hyundai Dealers

Simplify the communication and promote the sharing of information among Hyundai Dealer Network, Suppliers and all the other HMCI Company functions

Monitor Dealers level of financial capacity, intervening promptly, when needed, to reduce the financial risk linked to business activities
About you:

Qualified Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.) in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent

Minimum 8 years’ experience managing multi-regional or country-wide sales within Automotive business

Understanding of automotive dealer motivations and OEM/Dealer relationships

Understanding of the italian automotive market and sales motives

Fluency in English written/verbal
