People Business Partner
Job Description

Role Summary

As People Business Partner (m/f/d), you will support P&O activities, with focus on selection, development, training and internal communication.

You will also provide a high level of customer service to assist the HR team and company’s management in HR matters.

We want you to:

  • Selection: manage day-to-day recruiting activities involving internal and external job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling and candidate interviews and share feedback with hiring manager.
  • Onboarding: define induction programs for all new hired.
  • Organization: update organization charts, headcount evolution, workload analysis, job descriptions.
  • Ensure HRIS accuracy.
  • Personnel Appraisal: support Personnel Evaluation process (Performance, Competence, Succession Plan…)
  • Support and coordinate Internal Communication activities
  • Support in the budgeting and spending activities process
  • Talent Management & Career Development: support the process from the identification of a pool of talents to the definition of career paths.
  • Training: assist the definition of a structured yearly plan based on organizational needs to guarantee internal development. Manage training calendar, preparation of materials and feedback collection.
  • Support the team in the preparation of presentations, reporting and analysis.
  • Support the team to continuous innovation and optimization of policies, procedures and company standards
  • Manage internal events organization

About you:

  • Maximum 3-5 years' experience in related position, in fast-paced, dynamic and international companies
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Min. BA Degree - Master in HR management is a plus
  • Labour Law Knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel and Power Point)
  • High integrity, adaptability, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
