People Business Partner
Job Description

Role Summary

As People Business Partner  (m/f/d), you will support P&O activities, with focus on selection, development, training and internal communication.

You will also provide a high level of customer service to assist the HR team and company’s management in HR matters.

We want you to:

  • Selection: manage day-to-day recruiting activities (internal/external job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate interviews) and share feedback with hiring manager.
  • Onboarding: define induction programs for all new hires.
  • Organization: update org charts, headcount evolution, workload analysis, job descriptions.
    Ensure accuracy and updates of all employee data in HR systems.
    Maintain utmost confidentiality for all sensitive HR information.
  • Personnel Appraisal: support evaluation process (performance, competence, succession plan).
    Support P&O and GA internal communication; monitor section costs.
  • Talent Management & Career Development: support identification of talent pools and career path definition.
  • Training: assist in defining structured training plans based on org/individual needs; manage training calendar, classroom materials, and feedback collection.
    Support P&O and GA presentations, reporting, analysis, and event organization.
  • Internal Climate: support Core Values implementation, HMG culture promotion, survey launch and monitoring.
    Support innovation and optimization of policies, procedures, and standards.

About you:

  • Maximum 3-5 years' experience in related position, in fast-paced, dynamic and international companies
  • Fluent English
  • Degree - Post-lauream master in HR management as a plus
  • Labour Law Knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel and Power Point)
  • High integrity, adaptability, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
