P&O Intern

Job Summary:

AS P&O intern you will support P&O activities, with focus on specific assignments (recruitment, organization, development and internal communication)

We want you to:

  • Support the Head of P&O and GA Department with specific projects/assignments (i.e. HR digitalization, Organization analysis, Talent review…)
  • Support the team in the preparation of P&O and GA presentations, reporting and analysis
  • Recruitment: support in the pre-screening and interview schedule
  • HR Administration: support in ensuring that all employee information in the HR system is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Employee Relations: support Company Culture and Guidelines promotion, survey launch and monitoring
  • Organization: support the team in continuous innovation and optimization of policies, procedures and company standards
  • Support HR Events Organization

About you:

  • University degree/Post-lauream master in HR Management (as a plus)
  • English Knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel and Power Point)
  • Orientation to results, team working, analysis, innovation approach, flexibility and attitude to work in a multicultural environment
  • Good understanding of Italian Labor Law
