Fleet and General Services Support

Job Summary:

As Fleet & General Services Support you will support the management of activities related to Company Car Fleet and General Services 

We want you to:

  • Support the overall Management of Hyundai Motor Company Italy Company Car Fleet, ensuring that all vehicles documentation is up-to-date and compliant (licenses, services, insurance etc.)
  • Responsible for the full car park administration process management: from receipt to closure (i.e. registration of the fine, notification of the person concerned, verification of payment/debt, handling of the appeal and filing)
  • Provide support in managing company car accidents, thefts and repairs, including insurance claims
  • Assist with the arrangement of Employee Test Drives
  • Support the management of Company cars assigned to Employees, help with ensuring accurate and complete reporting of all activities and the status of Company vehicles
  • Management of office supplies and services, mailing and delivery services
  • Referent for the Company Travel Agency management

About you:

  • Driver's license (B)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools, specifically Excel and Power Point
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a related position
  • Previous fleet and facilities management support experience would be considered a plus
