Job Purpose
- Implement and monitor Sales and Marketing policies, defined by Hyundai Motor Company Italy (HMCI), within Dealer Network.

Monitor Satisfaction Index of Hyundai Customers, ensuring the quality of service to final Customer and verifying Stock length, quality and quantity. Implement Hyundai quality system and participate to improvement process
General Responsabilities

Grant the achievement of Sales Objectives (HMCI) within the area of competence:
- Sell-In (Dealer Stock)
- Sell-Out (Sales and Registrations volumes)
- Market Share

Manage approved plans and strategies, Company policies and procedures defined by Sales Department, operating according to guidelines communicated

Manage relationships with HMCI Dealer Network, ensuring a constant registration level monitoring within the area of competence and information flow between DLR and HMCI

Verify Dealers Stock length, quality and quantity level of the area of competence

Realize and implement, together with Dealers of area of competence, local Sales and Marketing plans (ATL and BTL), in order to grant the achievement of volumes and market share objectives, set by HMCI

Develop HMCI Dealer Network, granting the coverage of target market, selecting and allocating Dealers within the area of competence

Analyse performance indicators in the area of competence, evaluating competitors activities, making suggestions aimed at continuous improvement of dealer sales results

Contribute to sales procedures streamline and services rationalization, through initiatives proposed to Sales Department
Job Requirements

Maximum 3-5 years' experience in related position
