Job Purpose
Lead ATL campaign planning, execution, localization, content production and operation for the Italian market.
General Reponsibilities

Write cross-functional agency briefings including competitor analysis, product insights, target customer analysis, USPs and messages.

Localize and adapt central European or Korean campaigns for the Italian market, ensuring creative assets (film, print, digital, OOH, …) resonate with local audiences while maintaining brand consistency.

Lead the implementation of product launches, brand campaigns and retail initiatives across Italy, working under tight timelines from planning to delivery.

Manage local production needs, including coordinating photo/video shoots, working with agencies, and ensuring high-quality execution aligned with CI and brand strategy.

Serve as the key link between the Italian team and European HQ—ensuring clear communication, alignment on priorities, and fast execution of centrally developed strategies.

Work closely with media, social, digital, product, PR, business strategy and sales teams to ensure 360° campaign integration.

Support internally in compiling and continuously updating Marketing plans and Market campaign plans.

Monitor campaign performance and help provide insights to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Min. 4, max. 6 years of ATL/campaign management experience

University Degree

Worked within an agency with Automotive focus
