We want you to:

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand engagement, customer experience, and business growth. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on digital media planning, performance marketing, and campaign execution, while also overseeing traditional/offline marketing initiatives in collaboration with external agencies and partners. Tracking KPIs and reporting insights for strategic improvements will also be key responsibilities. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure Hyundai's marketing efforts align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital-first omnichannel marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with Hyundai’s brand and business objectives.
Own and manage digital media planning and buying, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing, programmatic advertising, paid social, and search marketing, while also overseeing offline (ATL/BTL) activities such as print, OOH, TV, and radio in collaboration with external agencies.
Lead project management for marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across both digital and offline channels.
Oversee the performance and strategic direction of digital marketing channels, optimizing them for engagement, conversion,
and ROI.
Manage the marketing budget, aligning with the Head of Marketing & CX to maximize return on investment, with a focus on digital media spend efficiency while ensuring optimal allocation for offline media.
Responsible for the digital media budget in alignment with Head of Marketing and CX.
Plan and oversee campaign execution, ensuring effective coordination between internal teams and external agencies.
Track and report on KPIs, leveraging digital analytics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvements.
Work closely with CX and IT teams to enhance the digital customer journey and overall marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate with external agencies, setting clear milestones and ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery across both digital and offline channels.

About you:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital strategy, media planning, project management, and campaign execution, including experience working with offline media channels.
Expertise in digital media planning and performance marketing, with deep knowledge of paid media, search, social, and programmatic advertising.
Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple marketing initiatives across both digital and offline channels in fast-paced environments.
Experience in working with external agencies and cross-functional teams to drive marketing success, including media planning for traditional/offline channels.
Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to measure performance and optimize marketing efforts.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Results-driven, with a strong focus on customer engagement, digital media performance, and campaign effectiveness.
Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
