Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide a professional and customer centric experience for our clientele. You will be the face of the brand and ensure current and potential Genesis customers know about the Genesis Brand difference, ensuring that you present our product and services including the technology, features and benefits to ensure a unique sales experience.
This role will suit a customer centric professional that understands how to deliver a best-in-class service to our customers and potential customers, understands how to build strong relationships, build trust and can quickly establish their personal gravitas with the customer. You will be passionate about cars and take pride in working for an exciting premium luxury automotive brand.
Key Responsibilities
- The highly effective management of the Genesis customer experience through explanation of the business and lead generation at the Studio.
- Being a brand and product expert at all times
- Using and maintaining accurate records of all interactions with your customers on systems and databases
- Maintaining regular contact with all your assigned customers; whether they are owners or prospects, to ensure they are completely satisfied with their Genesis products, services and experience.
- Ensuring timely and effective internal communications with all stakeholders at all times including
- Managing Genesis current and potential customers and ensuring that they fully understand the ‘uniqueness of Genesis’; and the ‘Genesis Difference’
Person Specification
- Be a customer centric professional with excellent communications; preferably from a premium luxury retail background. Automotive experience is desirable.
- Be dedicated with a passion for excellent customer service and driven to succeed.
- Be able to build strong and effective relationships with customers and colleagues
- Have the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and prioritise effectively
- Have knowledge, experience and be effective in the use of CRM database systems
- Be able to work in a team
- Act and work with integrity at all times
