Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all internal and external systems are fully up to date in order that our cars can be imported, taxed and registered
• Responsible for ordering all national vehicles through our internal systems
• Tracking our sales order bank position and reporting
• You will be the primary point of contact for all car supply matters with our partners and our customer service centre.
• Liaising with our stores, finance provider and leasing companies, vehicle logistics and registration providers as well as our National Finance & Accouting Mgr and our European Head of Office in Frankfurt, Germany
• The co-ordination and reporting of all internal vehicles, pool cars, demonstrator vehicles and corporate demonstrators.
• Arrangement of vehicles ordered/needed between the current locations and the locations in request
• Support for the National Sales Mgr in sales management and planning activities.
• General administration / reporting / product support as required
• We are looking for someone that is proactive, has an eye for detail, is a self-starter and is eager to perform this key role for arguably the most exciting premium car brand in the UK.

• Previous experience with Volume & Supply
• Proven track record as an Analyst
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and you can focus on multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time.
• You are a team player and willing and able to become a Genesis ambassador, able to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• You are commercially and business astute and results orientated. 
• You will be a self-starter, a team player and a person who enjoys their work.
