We are now recruiting for a Used Car Coordinator who will provide comprehensive support for stock management and used sales activities across the HMUK HAF Fleet and the Used GMUK stock/demo fleet.  This role ensures accurate inventory control, efficient coordination of used vehicle sales, and alignment with organisational sales and operational objectives.

 

This role will suit an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organisational, time management skills with keen attention to detail.

We want you to:

HAF Fleet Defleet Administration

 

  • Coordinate HAF fleet defleeting with AA and Tilbury teams, ensuring timely replacement and collection.
  • Manage V5 recovery from Lex Autolease and maintain accurate records.
  • Offer vehicles to Retailers prior to defleet, handling pricing, communications, and tracking sales for VRB targets.
  • Organise collection of unsold vehicles and monitor vehicle status at MVS Bruntingthorpe, including damage repairs and V5 receipt to authorise payments.
  • Oversee Retailer recharges for vehicle damage, manage inspection reports, support Finance with recharge reporting, and respond to Retailer queries.

 

Genesis Used Inventory Administration

  • Maintain and update used vehicle stock levels, valuations, and documentation, including aged stock and repairs.
  • Administer and process sales orders, ensuring compliance and accurate system input.
  • Coordinate logistics and resolve delivery issues while maintaining delivery records.
  • Support sales reporting, invoicing, and registration processes, and provide general administrative support to the used vehicle team.

 

Data Warehouse management

  • Update daily sales and stock data in the data warehouse

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide cover for Hyundai Sales Admin / Internal Fleet / Company car/ ECS schemes responsibilities during periods of absence
