We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Supply & Registration Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll work closely with our Supply & Registration Lead to ensure Genesis vehicles are processed smoothly from distribution to registration and final delivery. With your strong analytical skills, methodical mindset, and excellent communication abilities, you'll play a vital role in optimising our processes.

 

This is a very varied role focused on our cars, planning, logistics and our customers.  You will be involved in the coordination of the distribution and supply process, customer order tracking, ensuring that the regulatory systems e.g. MVRIS are up to date, so that our cars can be taxed and registered.If you're ambitious, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to grow your career, this is the perfect opportunity to make a real impact!

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide an efficient supply of new vehicles to all distribution channels (inc. Retailer, Fleet, Company Cars)
  • Managing and coordinating the distribution of Genesis vehicles from UK arrival though to vehicle preparation and onward delivery to the retail partner. Proactively resolve logistical issues and ensure timely delivery of cars to customers/retailer partners.
  • Liaising with our retailer partners, Genesis GPAs, contract hire and leasing companies, vehicle logistics providers and our European Head of Office in Frankfurt, Germany, in a positive manner, providing accurate supply information.
  • Administer new vehicle supply procedures and system processes, providing guidance to Retailers.
  • Analyse Factory Production / Shipping Schedules / Quote ETA's for Pipeline Orders.
  • You will be the primary point of contact for all vehicle supply matters with our partners, Tilbury Import Centre, Distribution Partner and our customer service center. 
  • Ensuring that all internal and external systems are fully up to date in order that our cars can be invoiced, taxed and registered.
  • Tracking our sales order bank position and providing accurate, timely reporting to key stakeholders.
  • The co-ordination and reporting of all internal vehicles, stock management, pool cars, demonstrator vehicles and corporate demonstrators.
  • Ensure all internal vehicles are insured via MID and taxed in line with UK legislation.
  • Arrange Miscellaneous Uplifts / Vehicle Movements for Retailer Transfers / Returns.
  • Reserve / Allocate Car Swap Vehicles for Customer Service, liaising with swap logistics as needed. 
  • Advise Allocated Damaged Cars to Relevant Retailer & prioritise Sold Orders with Tilbury 
  • Ongoing development of processes and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the distribution network 
  • Support for the Supply and Operations Manager in supply and planning activities.
  • General administration / reporting / product support
  • Support the validation of invoices for vehicle movements & processing of purchase orders for payment
  • Adhoc supply duties as needed.
