Job Purpose

 

Administration, maintenance and reporting of Sales Operations data, as well as ad hoc analytical tasks required to support the Sales team.  Identify bottle-necks and inefficiencies within the reporting capabilities.  Improve process and the general operations for HMUK business intelligence. 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools
  • Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations
  • Analyse and interpret complex data sets
  • Develop records management processes and policies
  • Consider both back-end organisation of data and front-end accessibility for end-users.
  • Work with internal teams developing new tools and integrations.
  • Stakeholder management with both internal and external parties
  • Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes whilst also appreciating scalability requirements.
  • Complete data centric, administrative tasks across the sales organisation
  • Monitor and audit data quality.

Person Specification

 

  • Numerate with excellent PC Skills (MS Office).  Proficient in Excel, experience with Sisense is a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish creditability amongst stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise and execute within specified time frame
  • Confident in identifying areas of opportunity and ability to present with confidence
  • Comfortable working in a high tempo environment
