Job Summary

This newly created role is critical in advancing Hyundai’s data intelligence capabilities to enable best-in-class marketing performance and strategic decision-making.
As Marketing Intelligence and CRM Manager, you will own the measurement, reporting, and insight framework for the entire sales funnel, from paid media and online engagement to CRM and lead management, directly managing a team of three. Working cross-functionally, you will align and connect data points across the organisation to deliver actionable insights, optimise marketing performance, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
We want you to:
- Marketing Intelligence & Reporting: Implement a robust reporting and analysis framework to track the full sales journey, from awareness to conversion, ensuring transparency and actionable insights to achieve sales performance.
- CRM Strategy Leadership: Own and evolve Hyundai’s CRM programme to maximise engagement, nurture leads, and improve retention.
- Media Optimisation: Collaborate across the marketing team and agencies to apply data-driven insights for campaign optimisation and improved ROI to measurable sales.
- Retailer Marketing Support: Develop measurement tools for retailer marketing activity, ensuring alignment with national campaigns and sales objectives.
- Database Management: Oversee customer data acquisition, cleansing, profiling, and outreach, ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection standards.
- Forecasting & Target Setting: Lead a data-led approach to benchmarking, forecasting, and performance analysis to support business growth and accurately measure marketing spend performance.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
About you:
- Experience in marketing performance measurement and end-to-end reporting frameworks with a proven track record of turning data into actionable insight.
- Understanding of data insight and ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed briefs.
- Commercial experience within the automotive industry.
- Working knowledge and experience of managing a marketing database, integration with website and email marketing systems (Siebel experience desirable)
- Development and implementation of CRM strategies with proven success in customer retention
- Knowledge and understanding of data protection regulations and implementing organisational policies
- Familiarity with various advertising and reporting platforms
- Agency management experience
- Ability to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels of seniority
- Strong organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise
- Proven ability to problem-solve and find innovative solutions to challenges
