Genesis Brand Experience Specialist

Role Summary:
We’re looking for a proactive Brand Experience Specialist to bring the Genesis brand to life in the UK. You’ll support the planning, delivery, and reporting of premium events and partnerships – from major activations like Goodwood Festival of Speed to city-centre experiences, sponsorships, and retailer brand events.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, PR Officer, and agency partners, you’ll help deliver seamless brand experiences, manage media test drive activity, and ensure alignment with Genesis’ premium positioning. You’ll track performance, explore new partnership opportunities, and stay ahead of industry trends to keep Genesis at the forefront.
We want you to:
- Creation and delivery of event planner across retailers, Marketing, PR and studio plans.
- Support new model launches across Marketing and PR teams to deliver great customer experience.
- Assist in defining best practice and what is expected around experiential activations.
- Work with the Marketing Manager and core event agency to manage schedule of ‘Hanok’ event unit.
- Develop a strong working relationship with key marketing contacts in the retailer network to support on local event development and delivery.
- Support Marketing Manager with approved Studio activations to ensure brand compliance and highest levels of customer experience.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure understand of CRM campaigns, event pages and website updates needed.
- Support Marketing Manager with bi-Weekly European reporting to deliver clear insights and actions and event impact and upcoming activations.
- Support to manage in alignment with Marketing Manager the annual event marketing budget through raising purchase orders, processing invoices and reporting accordingly.
- Monitor and analyse automotive competitor brand and event activity, as well as best in class activity from other industries, and provide insights and suggestions that can enhance Genesis brand.
- Ensure Press fleet runs with highest media impact and support PR officer on new model impact reports to highlight press fleet utilisation.
- Work alongside PR Officer on media events and associated logistics to ensure smooth operations.

- Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills
- Good presentation skills and competent use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
- Acute attention to detail
- Proactive approach to work and passionate about delivering to high standards
- Ability to multi-task and work across multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience of working with agency partners or suppliers
- Confident conscientious, dedicated, flexible and tenacious
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to build positive collaborative relationships with suppliers and media contacts
- 2+ years’ event experience and/or project management experience in house or agency.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
