Job Purpose 

 

We are looking for a Fleet Support Analyst to provide analytical support to the Fleet Operations Manager and wider fleet department covering a diverse portfolio of reporting requirements. This role will manage overall reporting and analysis relating to Hyundai Fleet Sales for both Retailer fleet and direct supplied sales. Working with Sisense reporting and bespoke fleet reports and documents in Excel, along with applications like SAP, this individual will be able to demonstrate efficient and accurate regular reporting along with agility to handle bespoke projects. They will be working with data daily to assist swift department business strategy decisions and to support sales and operations with retailers and customers.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry our critical daily and weekly reporting for fleet sales including registrations/order bank/new order and stock reports.
  • Enhance live reports on Sisense in conjunction with Fleet Operations Manager
  • Expand weekly reporting including development of new ad hoc reports via requests from Head of Fleet/Corporate Sale Manager or Fleet Operations Manager to track the following for weekly KPIs:
    • Sold orders by sales sub channel Tracker.
    • Sold Order Report/Future order bank.
    • Sales by model
    • Development of new ad hoc reports
  • Support the Fleet Operations Manager in the quarterly updating of the sales channel fleet discounts in-line with approved Business Plan, ensuring agreed discount structures are effectively communicated.
  • Management of customer and Retailer payments and general enquires.
  • Report and communicate Retailer earnings/performance for Fleet Business Programme on a quarterly basis.
  • Support Fleet Operations Manager on timely tender completion (local and international) with product and business information as required. 
  • Processing of CCS framework bonus payments for public sector retailer supplied sales volume.
  • Stock Inventory Management - maintain reporting and communication with field team and retailer network to ensure aged stock is controlled.
  • Management and processing of invoices in BMS system for fleet and wider sales function
  • Assist in the collating of weekly forecast via field team and retailers.
    • Manage process of communicating available vehicles, sending files to both internal colleagues and retailers directly.
    • Collate data and present back to the Fleet Operations Manager 
  • Assist in special projects as required by the Fleet Operations Manager or Head of Fleet/Corporate Sales Manager
    • Sisense development
    • Assist in evolvement of Salesforce CRM migration with API feeds.
  • Provide monthly sales reporting to Hyundai Motor Europe (HME) in an accurate and timely manner based on regular and bespoke requests.

Person Specification

  • Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills. 
  • Highly numerate with good PC skills and intermediate Excel skills as a minimum
  • Ability to work under own initiative when required.
  • Efficient and exceptional attention to detail
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working under pressure and to tight deadlines on a wide range of activities
