Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities

 

  • You accept incoming calls, identify the needs (test drive, consultation, other) and forward them to the appropriate contact person. 
  • Present the Brand and Products to potential customers and people interested in the brand. 
  • Support of the team in the organisation of events in the studio and, if necessary, also at official receptions, especially when it is a logistical and administrative task. 
  • Provide professional, courteous service to customers in studio
  • You ensure cleanliness and order in the daily operation in the studio
  • Cover for any holiday / day off for the experience lead
  • Open and secure business when closing
  • Make sure that all team members are on site and ready to prepare studio for daily business
  • Be the point of contact for any visitors / suppliers on the day
  • Handle any guest issues, and pass to the studio manager for action
  • Ensure that all guests are greeted as per our process
  • Ensure that all data capture is completed with guests
  • Ensure that all process and procedure is adhered to for test drives
  • Manage the daily operation of the studio
  • Ensure that all leads are logged on CXP, with all the information gained from meeting the guest. 
  • Collate all leads taken for the day, and pass to our retail partner
  • Complete the daily operation control sheet, footfall, leads, test drives completed etc
  • Is responsible for studio housekeeping and staff cover on the day
     

Person Specification

 

  • A-level or (preferably) training in the hotel or catering sector and / or in premium or luxury retail (automotive experience desirable but not a prerequisite) 
  • Experience in customer care, hospitality, or higher catering, or premium/luxury retail experience with working in a team 
  • Driving license class B (desirable) 
  • Outstanding communication skills 
  • Multitasking ability 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deliver a best-in-class customer service
  • Attention to detail when dealing with customers and completing set tasks
  • The ability to take charge of a team
  • Great organisational skills and understands time constraints
  • Tenacity
  • Results driven and understands the task in hand for Genesis and studios
  • The desire to complete all tasks through to agreed time
  • Reliable and keeps to timelines
