We now have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Sales Manager who will develop and implement strategies to deliver corporate sales objectives related to sales volume, share and customer experience, whilst delivering financial contribution in line with the business’s objectives.  The ideal candidate will be a confident Leader and develop a high performing team, supporting personal development and growth.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement sustainable strategies delivering budgeted profit and sales targets for national end user fleet volume.
  • Lead fleet field team, managing development and tracking of new business and existing customer opportunities.
  • Create, manage and deliver short-, mid- and long-term sales strategy for each of the top 20 FN50 listing contract hire and leasing companies. 
  • Review and influence individual activity & customer contact plans, specific model / channel targets and Fleet CRM. 
  • Manage our lead management agency to support achievement of sales and profit targets
  • Develop & implement fleet CRM & lead-generation strategy.
  • Create blueprint process for field team to follow in terms of contact plan, product range benefits delivery, policy positioning, product demonstrator and driver engagement.
  • Identify and present the ROI for large scale opportunities with big corporates that require specific investment / evaluation.

About you:

  • Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop people.
  • Must have proven experience of implementing process and initiatives.
  • Must be a confident and accomplished presenter with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good influencer – able to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels e.g senior management.
  • Self-motivated; high levels of drive and hunger to achieve team and personal targets.
  • Used to working under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Disciplined, well organised, with good attention to detail.
