We are now recruiting for a driven individual who will lead the HMUK CPO programme for both Hyundai and Genesis Brands ensuring delivery of all KPIs.


You will work with Sales Operations to ensure all Retailers are utilising the CPO programme driving used car sales/share and retention and  manage all third-party suppliers and key stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer experience.  You will also have responsibility for leading and developing a high performing team comprising of one head (CPO analyst).
 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for delivery of Hyundai and Genesis Brand CPO sales and market share performance.
  • Develop Retailer CPO commercial policy to deliver against all major Brand KPI.
  • Work cross functionally within the organisation to ensure effective deployment of the CPO strategy.  
  • Work cross industry with key stakeholders to open CPO supply channels to our Retailer network.
  • Ensure there is sufficient capacity and capability within the Hyundai and Genesis network to facilitate delivery of CPO volume plan.
  • Work closely with HCUK to ensure competitive finance products are available for the CPO programme.
  • Ensure all SDMs and Retailers use “Market View” tool to identify risk and opportunities for growth.
  • Work with UVL partner to ensure latest models and general representation on the UVL. 
  • Work with the HMUK Network Development team to measure dealers used car performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with training teams to ensure the network used car operations are supported adequately with training and development tools.
  • Develop specific ZEV strategy for CPO to ensure sales and RV are maximised on ZEV products.
  • Work with marketing team to ensure sufficient CPO media and marketing initiatives to drive CPO leads into the Retailers LMS.
  • Provide monthly KPI reporting on all aspect of performance both externally for Retailers/Sales teams and internal requirements.
  • Track order take versus target ensuring order take and order bank targets are met.
  • Recommend recovery / optimisation opportunities to balance risk and opportunity.
     

About you:

 

 

  • Minimum five years’ experience of working in CPO environment and used car sector.
  • Full understanding of vehicle funding methods and new/existing legislative frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of AFV products and connected vehicle implications and opportunities.
  • Highly numerate and comfortable working with data and market intelligence to inform and influence. 
  • Experienced leader capable to motivate and drive high performance from a team. 
  • Capable and confident at c-suite engagement and influencing.
  • Strong, challenging, and competitive individual with the drive to get results.
  • Ability to manage, adapt and optimise business processes and to support delivery of business plan.
  • Able to travel the UK to visit Retailers and national events.
  • Personable and able to build and maintain strong business relationships.
