Head of Network
Job Description

Role Summary:

As our new Head of Network, you will be responsible for reshaping the landscape of Hyundai’s network within France and optimizing its performance, acting as a champion of change and directing the team towards the new age of mobility and agility. 

 

We want you to:

  • Lead, guide, and develop a team across Network and Training to instill company vision, mission, and strategy. Coach and guide the team to grow, motivating them to achieve business objectives. 
  • Collaborate actively with Hyundai Motor Europe and Hyundai Motor Global HQ on global and regional network standards and vision. 
  • Manage the retail channel performance within the full scope including retailers’ financials, customer satisfaction, retail brand experience, network quality, contracts, and management of business objectives.
  • Develop and steer the network strategy, ensuring maximal coverage with strong investor partnerships.
  • Continually analyze the overall economic situation of the dealerships as well as devise and carry out appropriate measures to optimize dealership operations. 
  • Manage the development, implementation and monitoring of Hyundai retailer and authorized repairer standards and compliances. 
  • Oversee and guide high level contractual changes when needed across the retail network and collaborate with regional and global teams to onboard new approved retail outlets.
  • Continuously focus on improvement and work towards improved digitalization and maximized customer touchpoints within the Hyundai France network ecosystem. 

About you:

  • University Degree qualified in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in overseeing and managing sales, service and/or retailer network operations within the European automotive industry.
  • Possess broad and cross-functional insights and be able to develop actions based on long term roadmaps and implementation strategies.
  • Proven leader and coach within a European automotive group.
  • Experience within the French automotive retail market and with retail Training
  • Ability to manage global and regional stakeholders
  • Good understanding of network financials
  • Proven focus on digital solutions and mobility
