Job Description

Role Summary:

As Hyundai France's Dealer Network Development Director, you will be part of the executive team defining the future of Hyundai’s operations within France; managing the Network Development team to develop and enhance strong partnerships within the market, emphasizing the optimization of network coverage, performance, and profitability. The position will act as a champion of change and direct the team towards the new age of mobility and agility.

 

We want you to:

  • Lead and develop the team across Network to instill company vision, mission, and strategy. With a focus within the french market, you will enhance all areas of performance including customer satisfaction and brand experience. 
  • Collaborate and manage regional and global executive stakeholders to align brand vision and implement localization tactics within France. 
  • Emphasize performance and profitability with a disciplined approach to financial analysis of dealer performance across the full scope of the business.
  • Drive a focus on network quality and coverage, building relationships with strong partners to drive the Hyundai and Genesis Brands. 
  • Develop and steer the overall network strategy, ensuring optimal coverage with strong investor partnerships and focusing on profitability. 
  • Devise and implement appropriate measures to optimize dealership operations. 
  • Manage the development, implementation and monitoring of Hyundai retailer and authorized repairer standards and ensuring compliance.
  • Oversee and manage changes when needed across the retail network and collaborate with regional and global teams to onboard approved retail outlets.
  • Continuously focus on improvement and work towards digitalization, electrification, and maximized customer touchpoints within the Hyundai France network ecosystem. 

About you:

  • University Degree qualified in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in overseeing and managing sales, service and/or retailer network operations or dealer development within the European automotive industry.
  • Possess broad and cross-functional insights and be able to develop actions based on long term roadmaps and implementation strategies.
  • Proven leader and coach within a European automotive group.
  • Experience within the French automotive retail market and with retail Training
  • Ability to manage global and regional stakeholders
  • Good understanding of network financials
  • Proven focus on digital solutions and mobility
  • Proven record of profitability improvement
