About the Job
Do you have experience in B2B sales? We are seeking a Key Account Manager to grow and manage relationships with various companies and fleet owners, helping to integrate Hyundai into their car policies. In this role, you will act as a Hyundai ambassador for all B2B-related matters. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our journey and shape our business success.
You will split your time between meeting customers in person across southern and southwestern Sweden and working remotely from your home office. Ideally, you are based in this region. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager located in Stockholm.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and leasing companies.
- Develop and execute a strategic contact plan to ensure the full activation of major accounts while optimizing volume and profit based on agreed terms.
- Gain a deep understanding of customers' fleet policies and ensure ongoing alignment.
- Conduct regular reviews with customers to secure Hyundai products' optimal placement within their fleets.
- Manage activities and processes to achieve business plan targets, including volume and deliverables for assigned accounts.
- Ensure volume and profit targets align with business plans.
- Collaborate with the Product team and leasing companies to position Hyundai products effectively, focusing on Residual Value (RV) and Whole Life Cost (WLC).
- Highlight WLC strengths and articulate these benefits through fleet communications and marketing tools tailored for key accounts.
Required education, experience, and skills
- Ability to travel across southern Sweden for key customer and supply chain meetings.
- Commercial knowledge of fleet purchasing practices and deal structures is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager; experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
- Confident and professional when interacting with business customers and partners at all levels.
- A valid Category B driving license.
