Job Purpose:
As an Incentive controller at Hyundai Motor Sweden, you will act as an important part of the sales planning team, where your budget is used to finance all sales activities at. You will be responsible for the campaign work, which includes allocations of incentive budget, payouts, forecasting, and ongoing campaign analysis to optimally plan future campaigns. In this role, you will also evaluate current working methods and follow up on completed sales campaigns and then provide suggestions for improvements to drive our business forward. You will also manage several different stakeholders and should have a collaborative mindset. This position is based in Solna and will report to the Head of the Sales Planning team.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing budget analysis and presenting proposals for the preparation of incentive budgets as well as follow-up of outcomes
Acting proactively by suggesting how to use campaign funds to support sales and make the best possible use of the budget
Calculating costs and forecasting payouts, then recommending different campaign setups
Incentive payout approval after validating
Acting as a point of contact for dealers in matters relating to incentives
About you
Education, experience, knowledge, skills:
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
Proficiency with Data tools (Excel, PPT, SAP)
Educational background in relevant field
Experience in finance and the ability to view numbers from a holistic perspective
Experience with the automotive industry is advantageous
