About the job
As Head of Section, Tech & Warranty, you will head up an important section within the Aftersales department. Together with your team, you will ensure that the KPIs agreed for the technology and warranty are achieved according to plan. You will be expected to develop processes to maintain proper support and reporting to our partners, such as dealers, and Hyundai Motor Europe HQ in Frankfurt, Germany. The role reports to the Head of Aftersales and is located in Stockholm and requires frequent business travels.
- Develop routines and processes in liaison with the Head of Aftersales
- Work operationally in the business to understand how to support our dealers in the best and most efficient way
- Lead your team, partly remotely since some team members are located at our site in Malmö
- Ensure quality-assured warranty management
- Establish processes for handling technical support and technical issues
Required education, experience, and skills
- Technical education, or similar knowledge gained through work experience
- 5+ years’ experience from the automotive industry in a similar role
- Good social and communication skills
- Commercial drive
- Good administrative skills
- Leadership experience is advantageous
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
