About the job

 

As Head of Section, Parts & Accessories, you will be the leader of an important section within the Aftersales department. The role entails ensuring that our dealers receive the support needed, reporting to Hyundai Motor Europe HQ in Frankfurt, Germany, and having a close dialogue with our suppliers. You will be expected to develop the product range and new offers that promote sales. The role reports to the Head of Aftersales and is located in Stockholm. Frequent business travels are required.

 

 

  • Develop routines and processes in liaison with the Head of Aftersales
  • Determine budgets and, together with the team, work towards achieving them. Be responsible for reporting and analysing deviations
  • Be responsible for supplier contact and that the agreements with Mobis and other DFS suppliers create the best opportunities for Hyundai to be competitive on the market
  • Though close collaboration with the Marketing department, create campaigns 

 

 

Required education, experience, and skills

 

  • Financial education, or through work the same experience
  • 5+ years’ experience from the automotive industry in a similar role
  • Good social and communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Experienced in budget work
  • Good administrative skills
  • Leadership experience is advantageous
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
