About the job

As Head of Marketing & Customer Experience, you will lead Hyundai’s marketing and CX team, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You’ll develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that support sales targets, enhance customer loyaRequired Education, Experience, and Skillslty, and position Hyundai as a leader in the Swedish market.
This role reports directly to the Managing Director and plays a key role in shaping Hyundai’s customer-centric vision in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Marketing & CX team, covering Brand Communication, PR, CX, and Digital.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with Hyundai’s global vision and market trends.
  • Implement data-driven campaigns that boost sales, retention, and brand preference.
  • Optimize digital lead generation and improve customer journeys for a seamless experience.
  • Work closely with Sales, Business Strategy, and external agencies to maximize impact.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI-driven decisions.
     

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

  • University degree (Bachelor’s/MBA) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or Marketing Director, with a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable results.
  • Experience in the automotive industry

  • Skilled at analyzing data, planning effectively, and staying organized to drive impactful outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other key digital tools.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles with hands-on experience leading multi-channel campaigns.

  • Expertise in managing budgets efficiently while maximizing ROI.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities without missing a beat.
  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills, making complex ideas easy to grasp.
  • A natural collaborator with a passion for developing and leading teams.
