Role Summary:
The Head of Genesis will be accountable for defining and executing Genesis’s vision in alignment with the brand’s global strategy, ensuring the achievement of operational targets in the Netherlands. This leadership role oversees a cross-functional team, driving growth, operational excellence, and profitability. The Head of Genesis will represent Genesis locally, build its reputation as a consumer-centric brand, and foster collaboration with Hyundai Netherlands and regional stakeholders.

- Strategic Leadership:
Shape and execute Genesis Netherlands' strategy to meet commercial goals and elevate customer experience, while aligning with Hyundai Netherlands for cross-functional synergies. - Operational Excellence:
Drive performance across sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction; monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives. - Sales & Supply Chain:
Manage the sales funnel and optimize supply chain processes for both Build-to-Order and Build-to-Stock models. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Represent Genesis externally and collaborate with partners, investors, and internal teams to support long-term growth. - Team Leadership & Culture:
Inspire and guide the team, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
About you:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 5 years of senior experience in automotive sales operations.
- Proven success in revenue growth, margin optimization, and channel strategy.
- Strong OEM experience in the Dutch market and collaboration with regional HQs.
- Skilled in leading diverse teams and driving cross-functional performance.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, resilient, and integrity-driven with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in Dutch is essential.
