HR&GA Operations & Administration Lead

We want you to:


Job Purpose

Grant the management of personnel administration and support General Affairs activities and contribute actively to the overall improvement of the office environment


Main Responsibilities


  • Ensure the management and the maintenance of HR Softwares related to personnel administration (Zucchetti-payroll, Z travel-expenses, HR Portal).
  • Prepare all contractual documents (ie Labor Contracts, salary increase letters etc).
  • Monitor and ensure compliance for all administrative obligation for Employees from hiring to termination.
  • Supervise Payroll process and ensure that it’s performed timely.
  • Support the management of integrative Pension Funds.
  • Supervise Health Insurance Funds, and any insurance provided by Company to Employees.
  • Ensure the correct application of regulation related to disability in the Company.
  • Support the definition of internal procedures related to Organizational Changes.
  • Check attendance sheets and ensure that they are compliant with law and company regulation.
  • Supervise Health & Safety activities.
  • Monitor Quality Certification.
  • Provide general support to Expatriates in cooperation with GA colleague.
  • Provide support in the preparation of HR & GA presentations and reporting.
  • Actively contribute to continuous innovation and optimization of policies, procedures and company standards.



About you:



  • University Degree
  • Fluent English
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in related position or specialization
