General Affairs Specialist (Office Management)

About the job:

As a General Affairs Specialist at Hyundai Motor Sweden (HMS), your job is about providing and maintaining a high-standard working environment that is safe, comfortable, and engaging for everyone. In this role, you will minimize risks to employees and visitors, oversee and manage day-to-day operations for the facilities, and support auditing and quality management of all building services. You will work closely with our current General Affairs Specialist, forming a collaborative team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
The role reports to the Head of People & Organization and is located in Solna, Stockholm. Frequent business trips to our Malmö office are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs. Undertake basic maintenance tasks, and escalate issues when needed
  • Act as first point of contact for suppliers, vendors, partners, and landlord
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders
  • Be responsible for the access cards system, ensure the correct access rights are granted for the right people
  • Support the planning and organization of internal meetings and events, in liaison with HR
  • Welcome guests and company visitors
  • Company car management

Required education, experience, and skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience in similar position, e.g., within office management
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
  • Well experienced in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience from the automotive industry is advantageous
