Senior Administrator Support Coordinator (Franchise)

Based in Leatherhead, 1 day per week flexible working.

An exciting opportunity has opened for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Franchise Operations Coordinator.  You will provide administrative support to the network development Team, ensuring the smooth running of all daily operations and adhering to tight deadlines.  This role will suit someone who enjoys a fast paced environment and providing an exceptional level of Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Contribute to a range of initiatives detailed in the HMUK business planning (existing - Vision 2025).  These currently include:
    • CMA model
    • Dealer Contracts
    • Dealer standards
    • Brand Advocate / Mystery Shop Programme
    • Industry Data analysis
  • Become the Subject Matter expert within identified key areas so that your input into them becomes the point of reference
  • Compile clear, robust, easy to understand presentations across a range of topics at all levels (e.g. Dealer; HMUK; HME etc.)
  • Create and input to ‘Best in Class’ processes across the department 
  • Provide guidance to the relevant Network/Business Development Leads and Finance on the departmental financial Cost Centers; budget planning and where required external partner providers  to ensure plans are met and best value is obtained
  • Maintain all aspects of the Network/Business Development budgets, including Purchase Order creation and Workflow approvals, including provision of monthly spend analysis vs budgeted position
  • Create and maintain a record of all agreed Retailer Representation support including reconciliation of payment and amounts due v achievement criteria
  • Project manage the required elements of a professional, robust, documented and clear Prospect, Appointment and Onboarding of new dealers process 
  • Act as a first point of contact between HMUK dealer development, its franchised network and internal stakeholders
  • Manage the integrity and accuracy of all relevant databases (HME and HMUK) to ensure the provision of accurate management information
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of the Dealer Agreements and Records both physical and electronic
  • Support Business Transformation departmental colleagues with the implementation of all relevant programmes and projects
  • Complete & submit the required reporting for HMC / HME and HMUK UK in an accurate & timely manor
  • Be the central point of contact and facilitator for the Business Transformation department Inet (internal internet) communications
