Fleet Sales & Reporting Specialist

We want you to:
Your responsibilities will include:
70% FLEET SALES
- Development of sales to corporate clients and wholesale customers
- Actively approaching potential fleet customers
- Prospecting for potential collaborations and business development in the fleet customer segment
- Active support of the dealer network in the sale of vehicles to fleet customers
- Active acquisition and direct communication with fleet customers (leasing companies, vehicle rental companies, large companies, etc.)
- preparation of cost/benefit calculations related to new business agreements
- participation in tenders of large clients
- cooperation with other departments
- budgeting and planning for the area responsible
- other tasks as required and instructed by manager
30 % REPORTING AND LOGISTICS
- Preparation of various regular and ad-hoc business reports for local management
- Collecting and merging data from systems and other areas in the company, preparing analyses for local management
- Learning and understanding the business relationships and processes behind the data to be able to prepare explanations or comments on findings
- Sales data analysis as required by management
About you:
- Education:
- High school/university education (preferably in business, economics, logistics or technical fields)
- Personality traits:
- Proactive approach and willingness to learn new things in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Resilience to changing conditions
- Responsibility, autonomy and results orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, intercultural environment.
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Interest in innovation and electromobility
- Experience:
- Sales experience, ideally in the automotive or fleet sales sector for at least 5 years
- Experience in data analysis and reporting, ability to effectively evaluate and process information
- Knowledge of data and reporting tools (e.g. Excel)
