Role Summary:
This position plays an important role in strengthening customer loyalty and maximizing fleet business performance within the authorized dealer network. The main goal is to support dealerships in delivering consistent, high‑quality service to fleet clients, drive the effectiveness of loyalty programs, and optimize sales processes through data‑driven insights. By coordinating marketing initiatives and ensuring seamless collaboration with European headquarters and external partners, the role directly contributes to higher customer retention, improved service standards, and the overall growth of the brand’s fleet and aftersales operations.
We want you to:
- Provide comprehensive support to the authorized dealer network in servicing fleet customers and loyalty programs, ensuring ongoing coordination and clear communication with dealerships
- Develop marketing campaigns for loyalty products and support dealerships in their implementation
- Design, implement, and maintain sales processes and programs
- Conduct data analysis to enhance marketing and sales initiatives
- Prepare reports on service quality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty levels
- Collaborate closely with the European headquarters and external suppliers
About you:
- Completed higher education (technical fields preferred)
- Technical knowledge in the field of automotive technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer‑service orientation
- Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
- Creativity combined with a business mindset
- Understanding of customer retention strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the automotive industry
- Independence, responsibility for assigned tasks, and initiative in action
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) – mandatory requirement
- Communicative knowledge of the English language
- Category B driving license
