District Sales Manager
Job Description

We want you to:

  • Support dealers within the framework of Hyundai core values and standards with regular side visits.
  • Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of dealers and create necessary action plans for development points.
  • Ensure dealer/district market representation standards of facility, signage and management.
  • Coordinate dealers in order to achieve sales targets, market share and customer satisfaction.
  • Review, analyze and provide consultation on dealership business management financial performance including profitability, floor plan requirements and working capital.
  • Prepare vehicle distributions considering dealer needs and demands.
  • Guide dealers to do effective local marketing activities in the field and follow up the activity results.
  • Provide theoretical and practical training to the sales team to increase the sales power when necessary.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports to management.

You will also need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering faculties, Business Administration, Economics, or Social Sciences, from a reputable university
  • Capable of planning and organization, having strong analytical aspects, give importance to details
  • Result-oriented working, effective in problem solving.
  • Interpersonal, communication, collaboration skills, open to change and innovation competencies
  • High level of computer literacy; advanced level of MS office knowledge is required
  • 5 years of professional experience with similar responsibilities
  • Advanced level of both written & spoken English
  • No travel restrictions
