Role Summary:
As a District Sales Manager, you will drive the execution and oversight of sales strategies defined by Hyundai Motor Company Italy within your assigned Dealer Network. You will ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service standards, and you will oversee stock levels, quality, and availability to optimize dealer performance.
We want you to:
- Achieve sales targets within your district, focusing on Sell-In (Dealer Stock), Sell-Out (sales and registration volumes), and Market Share growth.
- Implement and manage company-approved sales plans, strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with directives from the Sales Department.
- Foster strong relationships with dealers, ensuring consistent monitoring of sales registrations and seamless communication between dealers and the company.
- Monitor dealer stock levels, ensuring optimal quality, quantity, and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with dealers to design and execute local sales and marketing initiatives (both ATL and BTL), aimed at achieving volume and market share targets.
- Support dealer network development by evaluating market coverage.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and competitor activities, providing actionable recommendations to continuously improve dealer sales outcomes.
- Contribute to the refinement of sales processes and service efficiency by proposing initiatives to the Sales Department.
About you:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, engineering or similar field.
- Solid understanding of the automotive market and sales dynamics.
- Between 2 and 5 years’ experience in sales in the Automotive market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient use of Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Good English knowledge (written and spoken)
