Country Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)

We want you to:

 

  • Conduct the negotiations/discussions with the distributors (Business Plan, Operational Plan, Memorandum of Understanding, Budget) 
  • Organize production order, shipment, sales, stock, CO2, on a daily base to support the markets and the factory operation
  • Perform deep market analysis in order to develop yearly business plan and budget
  • Steer, monitor and analyze the Market and Sales performance according to plans and propose action plans 
  • Optimize overall sales operations liaising with various stakeholders (HQ, Factories, R&D, etc.) 
  • Develop mid-term business plan for our European markets considering market potential, future product range, etc. 
  • Perform various reports on sales and market performance for the Senior Management (routine and ad-hoc) 
  • Provide general support acting as business partner for the Distributors in order to support them in achieving their business objectives 
  • Formulate proposals to optimize the Sales performance, planning and liaise with the HQ

 

About you:

 

  • Academic degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Admin., Economics or another relevant academic discipline
  • At least three years in similar role in the automotive industry preferred
  • Excellent understanding of the automotive value chain, outstanding relationship management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, business sense, problem solving skills, ability to persuade
  • Culturally diversified team player, ability to work independently, goal-oriented, having the desire to work for a fast-paced, results based global player
  • Very good command in English, solid knowledge of other European language(s) preferred
