Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description

We want you to:

You will lead the full scope of digital marketing nationally – covering both strategic direction and hands-on execution. You are responsible for creating and executing digital marketing and media plans that drive traffic, leads, and strong brand perception, while delivering the best possible customer experience. With a strong digital and data-driven mindset, you will continuously optimize the performance of our campaigns across all digital touchpoints, with clear ownership of digital KPIs and budget.

 

  • Own and execute digital marketing and media plans that support brand perception and drive performance across key KPIs, such as traffic, leads, and customer journey engagement. 
  • Have responsibility for the digital media budget, in close alignment with the Marketing Manager and Head of marketing and ensure effective media planning and optimization for ROI and ROAS. 
  • Drive execution of the national commercial and campaign plan from a digital perspective – ensuring digital activities are delivered on time, within budget, and with impact. 
  • Create briefs and lead collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors across all digital channels (paid, owned, earned). 
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and platform dashboards. Drive data-driven optimization and A/B testing. Together with vendors if needed. 
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta, YouTube, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms. Coordinate with CRM Specialist, Marketing Manager and vendors where needed. 
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey through smart use of digital touchpoints, UX, segmentation, and personalization – with a constant focus on improving conversion and engagement. 

 

About you:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities. 
  • Proven experience in digital media buying (Meta, YouTube, Google Ads) and performance marketing with a track record of strong ROAS. 
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Studio, and A/B testing platforms. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, digital communication, or a related field. 
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising, marketing automation, and personalization strategies is a plus. 
  • Experience in handling AEM and Content management is an advantage. 
  • Strategic thinking and strong planning ability in a dynamic environment. 
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to drive decisions. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both internally and with external partners.
