Digital Marketing Manager

About the job

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive initiatives and platforms for digital improvement and transformation. You will lead and guide internal and external partners in following defined structures and processes, ensuring clear communication in terms of planned targets, providing constructive feedback and motivating them. You will Interact with marketing team and external agencies and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The role includes oversight of digital channel performance and implementing data-driven improvements to enhance user experience and brand engagement.

  • Responsible for the digital media budget in alignment with Head of Marketing and CX.
  • Develop and execute digital strategies that align with Hyundai’s brand and business objectives, including content planning and project management for site and channel initiatives.
  • Oversee website management through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring seamless updates and an optimal user experience.
  • Conduct web analysis to evaluate performance metrics, drawing actionable insights to optimize campaigns, improve user experience, and drive conversions.
  • Lead the planning and execution of A/B tests and other performance-driven enhancements across digital platforms.
  • Work closely with CX and IT teams to manage the digital customer journey, implementing strategies that promote customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders such as external agencies, setting clear milestones and ensuring timely delivery that meets Hyundai’s standards.
  • Track KPIs for digital channels, reporting progress and insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Required education, experience, and skills

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital management, with a focus on project management, web analysis, and performance marketing.
  • Good understanding of how the different digital medias can be used in designing the best possible customer journey creating the highest possible outcome for customers.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and understanding of CMS, UX/UI principles, and SEO best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, with the ability to lead complex projects, manage budgets, timelines, and multi-departmental coordination.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, digital analytics (Google Analytics preferred), and performance marketing KPIs.
  • Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to set, push forward, and implement long-term digital strategies.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, with strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
