MyHyundai Digital Innovator (m/f/d)

We want you to:

Your role is to set up a frontend design and activation/communication strategy for our web-based digital customer portal, myHyundai 2.0.

You will: 

  •  Develop and coordinate the content strategy for the new myHyundai 2.0 platform and identify relevant content for customers and owners
  •  Identify efficient content production and sourcing methodologies
  • Develop an activation and CRM / communication strategy in close collaboration with the market to support the successful roll out to all EU markets.
  • Produce CRM & communication materials for various touchpoints in close collaboration with markets and agencies
  • Manage and coordinate frontend application design for optimised user experience and user interfaces (UX/UI) in cooperation with CX Department and agencies
  • Establish a pan-European template that can be adapted to all EU markets. Adapt design for both web-platform and related apps.
  •  Support getting the myHyundai 2.0 platform ready to roll out to all European markets
  • Manage and coordinate the technical platform development and integration of additional web-based services and modules in close coordination with CX and IT departments
  • Implement web-analytics & reporting activities across for myHyundai platform in alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Manage and control digital marketing budget for the area of myHyundai content and communication and activation strategy

You'll also need to have. 
 

  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems & Web-architectures
  • 3-5 years in automotive business and Marketing or Customer Service
  • Experience in application frontend design and development
  • Project management & analytical skills (affinity to facts and figures, JIRA and Confluence tool knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills for managing communication with internal and external partners
  • Very good English language skills
  • Excellent command of MS office applications
  • Networking skills & customer-oriented mind-set as well as team player 
  • Good knowledge of Marketing Communications operations
