The job mission of this role is to drive various projects in the dealer development department and be involved in the work to develop our network of Hyundai dealers and workshops in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:
Network Development & Support
- Serve as a key communication point with dealers and service partners.
- Support the line manager in implementing strategies and projects to enhance the sales and service network.
- Guarantee the respect of the Brand Corporate Identity within the dealer network by ensuring compliance with HQ requirements and corporate standards.
- Evaluate new dealer candidates, prepare reports, and submit recommendations for approval to top management.
- Handle and administrate incoming requests from partners.
Training & Development
- Coordinate and develop sales and service training programs in line with mandatory certification programs.
- Organize and deliver technical training to the network to obtain technician certifications and enhance skills and competencies.
- Collaborate with Sales and After-Sales teams on training development.
- Coordinate dealer training activities, including both technical and non-technical programs, and manage the training calendar.
Report & Market Analysis
- Provide regular reports on the status of the sales and service network
- Conduct market analysis and monitor KPIs of dealers and workshops, including:
- Standards fulfilment & managing audits
- Sales performance – Market share, carpark & areas of responsibility
- Profitability of dealers and workshops.
- Dealer and workshop staff and their training needs.
About you:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operating dealers’ management; experience in the automotive industry will be consider a plus
- Good knowledge of Swedish market practice (automotive market, customer retail, etc.,)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
