About the job
As the Brand Experience Specialist at Hyundai Motor Sweden, you will be a part of the marketing department to carry out execution of BTL marketing activities to develop engaging brand experiences that drive customer loyalty and increase brand visibility.
You will be involved in planning, budgeting, and executing national events and activities, with a primary focus on BTL marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence. The goal of our Brand marketing activities and experiential events is to create strong emotional connections with the brand, driving customer loyalty and long-term success. You will act as a positive facilitator for effective coordination of opinions among various stakeholders and ensure alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely together with the marketing team to create experiences for the end customers, agents and other stakeholders and key opinion leaders.
- Support and contribute to the strategic planning and execution of small to large-scale BTL marketing projects, ensuring that each initiative aligns with the broader brand strategy and resonates with the target audience.
- Ensure that BTL marketing and event plans are aligned with the overall marketing strategy, supporting brand perception and achieving key performance indicators related to customer engagement and brand exposure.
- Create activity and campaign plans in close collaboration with the colleagues in the national marketing team, including briefing both internal and external partners.
- Lead the development, production, and execution of BX related marketing activities across event, influencer, and event platforms, ensuring seamless coordination of content and execution across internal and external partners.
Required education, experience, and skills
- You have a degree in communications/media/PR or a comparable qualification.
- 3 years of experience in professional experience in consumer-driven companies in either product, marketing, or business development functions with proven results.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools or event management platforms is highly desirable. Experience from the automotive industry is advantageous.
