Role summary:

As a regional Area Manager Sales, you are Hyundai Motor Sweden’s primary representative in cooperation with our agents and responsible for developing the car business in the region together with them. The area of responsibility for a regional Area Manager Sales, is to both strategically and operationally support the agents. In this role, you will act as a coach and knowledge resource for sales related tasks.

The role is an important part of the organization to continuously work with business development focus and support agents with ideas and initiatives for local marketing and sales activities.

We want you to:

• Align on sales targets, follow up on developments in the region, and ensure that objectives are met
• Conduct regular on-site agent meetings for follow-up of target planning achievements
• Ensure a high Customer satisfaction and that Hyundai is represented in the best way possible according to standards
• Daily support agents on sales related needs
• Follow up the agent's demo car conditions
• Participate in trainings for agents
• Monitor the agent's stock and pipeline monitoring

About you:

• Good Swedish and English language skills
• B-Driving licence required
• Experienced user of MS Office, especially Excel
• Understanding the relation between importer/distributor and dealer/agent
• Flexible
• Problem-solver
• Ability to coach and motivate others
