Aftersales Coordinator

About the job

Be part of the business development of the aftersales department through close collaboration between different departments and external partners. 
Also works with administrative tasks that make income from dealers and compiles information to be shared with dealers and external partners.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination of marketing activities and other public information regarding aftersales together with the marketing department and Head of Aftersales
  • Coordinating and updating the dealer and customer portal, such as MinHyundai and the service portal
  • Coordination and preparation of systems and users in connection with the start-up and closing of new and exciting dealers
  • Managing the Swedish DFS business with contact with suppliers and support to dealer
  • Handling and creating debit and credit notes within aftersales
  • Handling and administrating of incoming requests and invoicing for service of service-agreement
  • Coordinating meetings and sharing information both internal and with the dealers.

Required education, experience, and skills

  • Experience of handling financial administration.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry. 
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office. 
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
