Job Description

Role Summary:

The Sales Planning – Reporting & Data Quality Associate is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making. This role ensures the highest standards of data integrity, consistency, and reliability across all sales planning activities.

We want you to:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve recurring sales and performance reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Design, build, and update BI dashboards once the BI environment is established.

  • Consolidate data from multiple sources (SAP, DMS, Salesforce) into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all reporting outputs.

  • Create clear and visually engaging presentations for senior management and business reviews.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Conduct data validation, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.

  • Automate and streamline reporting processes where possible, while maintaining required manual reports.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in reporting, sales planning, or data analytics.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, data modeling) and PowerPoint.

  • Good knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to data quality and detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear, business-relevant insights.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing tools and processes.
