Role Summary:
The Sales Planning – Reporting & Data Quality Associate is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making. This role ensures the highest standards of data integrity, consistency, and reliability across all sales planning activities.
We want you to:

Develop, maintain, and improve recurring sales and performance reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

Design, build, and update BI dashboards once the BI environment is established.

Consolidate data from multiple sources (SAP, DMS, Salesforce) into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all reporting outputs.

Create clear and visually engaging presentations for senior management and business reviews.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Conduct data validation, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.

Automate and streamline reporting processes where possible, while maintaining required manual reports.
About you:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

1–3 years of relevant experience in reporting, sales planning, or data analytics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, data modeling) and PowerPoint.

Good knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to data quality and detail.

Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear, business-relevant insights.
