Role Summary:
As the Partnerships & Collaborations Manager(m/w/d), you drive strategic brand partnerships and licensing initiatives for Genesis and Genesis Magma Racing (GMR), supporting partner selection, negotiations, and product development from concept to launch. You act as a key interface between internal teams and external partners, ensuring brand consistency, product quality, and effective commercialization.
We want you to:
- Provide category‑specific market, competitor, and supplier insights to inform product range decisions and support the refinement of global partnership and licensing strategies for Genesis and GMR.
- Support and coordinate negotiations with potential licensing and partnership candidates, including preparing evaluation inputs, commercial summaries, and alignment materials until contract signature.
- Project‑manage Genesis’ contribution to the development, approval, launch, and promotion of branded products, ensuring timely alignment with Design, Product, Legal, Marketing, and partner organizations.
- Manage product information flows between Genesis Design and external partners, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely transfer of specifications, feedback, and approvals for all products within assigned categories.
- Ensure brand‑correct product quality, including design consistency, craftsmanship, packaging, functional performance, and communication elements across all licensed products.
- Coordinate product-related approvals with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure timely progression of all development milestones for Genesis and GMR products.
- Prepare decision‑making materials for partner selection, product development approvals, and category prioritization, including structured analyses, risk assessments, and recommendations.
- Support commercialization activities by working with partners, dealerships, eCommerce teams, and regional teams to integrate licensed products into existing and new sales channels.
- Monitor and review partner performance, including quality compliance, delivery timelines, and adherence to Genesis and GMR brand standards; escalate deviations when necessary.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing workflows, quality assurance processes, and category playbooks to optimize efficiency and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
About you:
- Bachelor / Master degree in business or any similar field
- Minimum 5-7 year of successful professional experience
- Fluency in English, German and /or Korean helpful
- Excellent business and commercial acumen
- Strong organizational skills & self-motivation
- Understanding & experience of Brand Partnerships & Licensing
