Role Summary:
Shape how Genesis measures and improves marketing performance across Europe. As Marketing Performance Analyst, you will consolidate cross-channel data, develop KPI frameworks and dashboards, and translate performance trends into actionable recommendations. Working with European markets, regional stakeholders and external partners, you will strengthen marketing governance and support data-driven decision-making.
We want you to:
Coordinate quarterly and annual marketing planning processes with local marketing teams across Europe.
Collect, consolidate and analyse performance data from digital channels, websites, social media, CRM, paid media and PR activities.
Develop and maintain KPI frameworks, performance dashboards and management reports.
Translate marketing data and performance trends into actionable insights and recommendations.
Present performance findings, trends and implications to leadership and key stakeholders.
Support strategic decisions through consumer, customer and market analysis.
Monitor industry developments, competitor activity and changing consumer behaviour across European markets.
Conduct benchmarking and performance analyses using market-intelligence tools and research partners.
Track key brand metrics, including awareness, consideration, perception and recognition.
Build productive relationships with technology, media, data and research partners, including Google, Adobe, Kantar and Meta.
Assess marketing tools and emerging digital trends that could improve marketing projects and share relevant insights with stakeholders.
Manage and optimise marketing budgets to support cost-effective acquisition and maximise return on spend.
Monitor marketing expenditure and performance, identify trends, and report relevant implications to stakeholders.
About you:
Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics.
Bring five years of professional experience, including at least two years in sales or marketing analysis.
Understand marketing KPI management and the marketing-to-sales funnel.
Demonstrate strong data-analysis and interpretation skills.
Work confidently with Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
Use Excel or Google Sheets for pivot tables, forecasting, reporting and dashboard creation.
Bring experience with CRM systems and Google Analytics.
Have hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads.
Apply a highly organised and analytical approach to your work.
Communicate findings clearly and present information effectively to stakeholders.
Solve problems proactively and identify opportunities to improve working processes.
