As our new Experiential Marketing Manager (m/w/d) you shape how customers experience Genesis across Europe. In this role, you own the end-to-end experiential strategy from flagship launches and VIP hospitality to retail activations and test drive programs. Ensuring every touchpoint reflects our premium positioning and Korean-inspired hospitality. You combine creative vision with operational excellence and data-driven optimization to deliver measurable brand and business impact.
We want you to:
- Define and deliver the European experiential roadmap aligned with product launches, retail strategy, and brand KPIs.
- Lead concept development, production, and on-site execution of flagship events, launches, test drive programs, pop-ups, and VIP experiences across multiple markets.
- Design and enhance experiential elements across Genesis Studios, dealer networks, and service touchpoints to drive conversion, retention, and NPS.
- Select, brief, and manage agencies and suppliers; negotiate commercial terms and oversee delivery quality and SLAs.
- Collaborate closely with PR, Digital, CRM, Product, Sales, and Global Creative to ensure consistent storytelling and seamless customer journeys.
- Define KPIs, capture customer feedback and engagement data, measure ROI, and continuously optimize concepts and formats.
- Own budgets, timelines, risk management, and post-event reporting, ensuring GDPR-compliant data capture and legal alignment.
- Develop playbooks, toolkits, and training to enable consistent premium execution across European markets.
About you:
- Degree in Marketing, Events, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of post-graduate experience with a focus in experiential marketing, brand activation, events, or customer experience with multi-market delivery.
- Proven track record in automotive, motorsport, or premium sport event management
- Strong expertise in event design and production, project management, agency leadership, and budget ownership.
- Solid understanding of premium brand standards, European market dynamics, retail experience design, and GDPR-compliant data capture.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring brand lift, NPS, conversion, and ROI.
- Fluent in English; German or additional European languages are a plus.
