Events Management Specialist (m/w/d)

Role Summary:

The Events Management Specialist (m/w/d) plays a key role in delivering premium Genesis brand experiences across Europe. Reporting to the Experiential Marketing Manager, this position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business performance. Working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, external partners, and headquarters, you will help ensure every event reflects Genesis brand standards and delivers an exceptional customer experience.

We want you to:

  • Support the planning and execution of Genesis events in line with business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate experiential marketing activities, including brand events, golf and motorsport activations, product launches, roadshows, and customer engagement events.
  • Assist in developing event concepts and customer experience initiatives that support brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales objectives.
  • Manage event timelines, logistics, venues, suppliers, agencies, and production partners to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide on-site event support and ensure a seamless, premium guest experience.
  • Prepare event documentation, project plans, and post-event reports, while coordinating deliverables against agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, PR, CRM, Communications, Sales, Genesis Headquarters, and external partners to ensure alignment on event objectives and execution.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, ideally within event management and across all aspects of event delivery, including logistics, hospitality, and guest journey management.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and owning end-to-end event projects, including budget management.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, Google Workspace, event registration platforms, Excel/Sheets, and basic social scheduling tools.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated communication skills, customer focus, data analysis capability, and an understanding of brand management and development.
